How long does it take to ship an order?

For orders received and paid online via PayPal, credit card, or cash on delivery, processing takes place within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination area.

Orders placed during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

For orders paid by bank transfer, processing and shipping times begin once the payment has been received.

What shipping options does Zee.Dog offer?

Standard Shipping: Delivery is available throughout Italy. For orders over €49, shipping is free regardless of the region. For orders under €49, the shipping cost is €5.90, with an additional €3 fee if paid via cash on delivery.
